French Bay Road

Five single dwelling Habitat homes
Our team is on-site daily at 715 French Bay Road hosting volunteers and Team Build events!

Progress: We expect to complete three homes by late April 2026, with the final two wrapping up in June 2026.

Special Impact: One home is being custom-retrofitted with life-changing accessibility features..
Critical Repairs & Renovations
In June and July, we plan to return to Village Road to resume a major Critical Repair project. We’ll be retrofitting five more apartment units following the four we successfully completed this winter.
What’s on the agenda for future Builds?
Preparation is underway for Parkside Towns in Owen Sound!:
Summer 2026: Plans to begin site remediation work.
Fall 2026: Plans for construction to begin on the first four of eight townhomes.
